Choose your online store

Web and Ecommerce combines your storefront, catalog and order management. Always check the selected store first. This recorded view shows the documentation store, which has no sales. Your own store will build its sales history as orders and payments are recorded.

Prepare the customer journey

Start with your store details, products, prices and stock. Use Store Builder to arrange the pages customers will see. Configure shipping and payment options for that store, then preview the customer journey from a product page through the checkout before launching.

Operate and improve

Use Orders to review purchases and fulfillment, and Statistics to understand performance. Coupons, customer records, forms, affiliates and the blog support the wider store experience. Follow the accompanying lessons for each function, and verify payment status separately from shipment status.
