Understand the account’s payment flow
Payment Gateways shows which provider setup applies to your account. This account uses its own Stripe or Xendit API keys in each store’s settings. Other accounts may have a connection or onboarding flow. Follow what your own account actually displays.
Configure the correct store
For the flow shown here, the page points to Ecommerce settings and Payment Gateway, or POS Self-ordering. Keep credentials private and confirm the correct provider environment. A provider being listed does not mean every store is already configured to accept payments.
Verify the full payment journey
Check the store settings and the provider’s readiness before an approved test. Confirm the order status, provider transaction and expected settlement separately. A successful checkout screen alone is not proof that a payout reached your bank. The written lesson explains the checks without making a charge.
